The dress is knitted from the bottom up in stockinette stitch in Tynn Line.

The stitches are cast off for a light A shape. The work is divided under the sleeves, and the front piece and the back piece are finished back and forth separately. Stitches are cast off in the middle of the front and in the middle of the back to create a deeper neckline, and each side of the front piece and the back piece are finished separately. The shoulders are knitted together during assembly. Finally, a tongue edge is crocheted at the bottom of the skirt, around the armholes and neck.
